Instructions for making coffee in a French Press (watch the video to see this in action):
- Add 1-2 TBSP of course ground coffee per cup of coffee to the beaker/carafe.
- Heat water to approximately 205 degrees Fahrenheit (don’t add boiling water).
- Pour the water into the beaker, leaving at least one inch of space at the top.
- Place the plunger assembly into the beaker, but do not press down yet.
- Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes.
- After the 4 minutes, slowly push the plunger assembly all the way into the beaker.
- Ensuring the pour spout is in the open position, pour the coffee into your mug.
- Enjoy the coffee.
