Ingredients:
Brewed Coffee
Granulated Sugar
Step 1: Pour equal amounts of coffee and sugar into a sauce pan that is at least 3 times the size as the amount of ingredients. (2 cups of ingredients needs at least a 6 cup pan.)
Step 2: Put the pan on medium high heat and bring it to a boil while you are constantly stirring.
Step 3: Once it is boiling, lower the temperature and keep stirring until you get the consistency of a thin syrup. Ours was about 223 degrees when we took it off the heat.
Step 4: Let cool for about 10 minutes then pour it into a squeeze bottle or other container or apply it directly to the ice cream or other item that you would enjoy.
