In this episode, we are diving into a fresh batch of the Klatch Coffee Whiskey Reserve (2026). If you’ve been following our recent reviews, you know Klatch has been keeping our cups full, and we are incredibly grateful they sent this unique medium roast our way! We share our honest thoughts on its bold notes of smoked wood, honey, spices, and that distinct bourbon barrel aroma that fills the entire room when brewed.
We also talk about our low-maintenance brewing routine (automatic drip with a cone filter all the way—no complicated pour-over schedules or French press cleanup for us!), share a few childhood memories, and give our final rating in donuts.
Plus, we have a couple of special features in this video: a look at our self-published children’s book, The Pirate Skeleton Who Lost His Teeth (now available on Amazon!), and our latest reading updates, including Letters to a Young Poet and Agatha Christie’s autobiography.
The Pirate Skeleton Who Lost His Teeth book
Letters to a Young Poet book
The Mysterious Benedict Society book
Agatha Christie – An Autobiography book
