Gevalia Kaffe Espresso Roast Coffee Review

[spoiler title=’Click here to read the transcript. ‘ style=’default’ collapse_link=’true’]- Hey welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee, your place for average Joe coffee reviews. Today’s coffee is not ex-presso.

– So today’s coffee is Gevalia Kaffe, kaffe I don’t know, Espresso roast. It’s full bodied and complex, it’s a dark roast.

– It is complex, that’s why people can’t say it. Espresso, there are no x’s.

– Right, and the K-A-F-F-E, I don’t know.

– That’s right.

– If any Dutch people are out there, no, sorry, Swedish, not Dutch. Totally different country.

– Svedish.

– Svedish, yeah.

– I’ve never been to Dutch. So let’s get into the coffee.

– Right.

– The “kaffe”

– Let’s talk about the price.

– It was a 12 ounce bag, and the price at the store was $8.39 for the bag but we got it BOGO so that was better.

– Right.

– BOGO’s always better. Unless you don’t like the thing you’re buying BOGO, then you’re just wasting money.

– Right, don’t do that.

– Let’s see if we wasted money on this ex-presso.

– Spoiler alert, we did not.

– Right. Smells good.

– I love this coffee. It’s one of my favorites. Like, I don’t, um, yeah, it’s.

– I just took a little nap.

– It’s rich and chocolatey and roast-y. You know, it’s interesting, the little flavor wheel that we use?

– Right.

– One of the, like, roast or roast-y is also brown. So, which I think actually makes sense, it sounds weird but it’s like, yeah, it’s like a brown.

– What can brown do for you? This episode is sponsored by UPS. No it’s not.

– No.

– But if you work at UPS. Yeah, it’s really good coffee.

– Mm-hmm, yeah, it’s just like, I really, really, really, really like this one particularly. We’ve been drinking it for a few days now. But I think it’s been my favorite Gevalia so far.

– Yeah, I think if the price were a little lower, we might could go to maybe four and a half doughnuts, but I don’t know.

– We’ll go with four, under protest.

– I think four, well, you know.

– I would say four and a half, but we always go with a lower rating if we disagree, so four. But he would go with four, right, you would go with four?

– Yeah, yeah absolutely. So if you’ve had Gevalia Espresso Roast coffee before or any other espresso roast coffees that you really enjoyed, or that you really hated and that you wanna tell us about it, leave us a comment below and we’ll discuss it with you and everybody else who’s watching.
